1. What materials are your jewelry made from?

All our pieces are made from stainless steel for maximum durability and plated with 18k gold for more protection and the perfect shine.  

2. How do I care for my jewelry?

All our pieces are non-tarnish, hypoallergenic, and waterproof, but proper care will help maintain their beauty.

• Handle with care to prevent tangling or damage.
• When showering, avoid contact with loofahs or bath accessories, as the delicate chain may get caught and break.
• Be gentle when changing outfits to prevent pulling or snagging.

3. Do you offer custom jewelry?

We do not offer custom jewelry at this time.

4. Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please visit our returns page for more details.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process, with shipping times depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

6. Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the U.S for now. If you are located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, you can visit our store in Bole, DH Geda Building #1-02 to get your favorite pieces. 

7. Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Our jewelry is designed to be hypoallergenic and suitable for most skin types. However, we recommend checking the material specifics if you have very sensitive skin.
